Helen Mae Wortman Duckworth was born in Ames, Iowa to Ray and Helen Putman Wortman. She married Dr. Fred Duckworth in 1954 and they made their home in Victoria, TX. Helen is survived by two children, James Duckworth and Susan Duckworth Lozano, three granddaughters and 11 great grandchildren.
